Plan for official release

The following items have to be addressed before the official release:

• Add proper documentation with dedicated examples (@frapac ), will be in JuMP: Add documentation #51 (comment)
• Rename package as MathOptComplement?
• Improve code coverage

We should be good to release now, any objections?

Sounds good to me.

There is #57 and #68, but they can always be breaking 0.2 or 0.3 releases.
