Containers fail to communicate on other ports

I think I ran into an issue related to #130 using immich and immichframe. Both are accessible through tsbridge, but immichframe is trying and failing to reach immich on port 443.

#130 is about one container listening on multiple ports. What you seem to be describing is cross-container communication, which tsbridge doesn't do anything for. You should have the containers talk directly over the docker network.
