Investigate how tsbridge can automate or utilize Tailscale Services

Now that Tailscale Services is a public beta, we should investigate what the future of tsbridge is in relation to it.

Happy to keep supporting headscale. Looking at what Tailscale Services is doing, I still see a place for automation and for being the local endpoint for tsbridge. Whatever direction it goes, I want to keep headscale support working.

Based on what I see, it looks like it just makes what tsbridge does easier? You'd still need something to see the docker/podman containers and create the Services entry via the API. Maybe tsbridge starts talking to the container servers own tailscale client directly instead of its own when "Services Mode" is enabled.
