Various meta-files are missing from repository. #4
Description
.gitattributes, .npmignore, and related files are missing from the repository.
Most of the required files can be added from my js-module-template repository.
Other meta files could potentially use updating as well - the gulpfile and various other meta files could simply be replaced.
