GP: Leaderboard

To motivate community contributions and reward active members we should create a page with top users.

1. Use only users that have enabled public profiles
2. Show top 20 table with info like username+link, probes online, unique ASNs, unique countries
3. Highlight top 3 in a unique way
4. Other info we could show?
5. Add call to action to register and start probes

Lets agree on final info to show and structure and we can start the Figma design

The info we can show is basically the header at https://globalping.io/users/jimaek, but I think we can list all (public) users, not just the first few.

Lets make it more fun, not just a list, but gamefied a bit. Like achievements.
e.g. Not just a single list but multiple lists. "Most hosted probes" "Most unique ASNs" "Most uptime"...

Hosted probes would be the default order, but sure, we can add some additional elements.

Design in Figma, for now, skip the achievements section and the uptime column. Leaderboard shows all users, not just the first 10.
