JSCL v0.9.0.alpha

I have bumped the version to a 0.9.0 prerelease and updated the CHANGELOG.md.

I thought it might be nice to have some cadence and to push these changes to npm too so modern jscl versions can be used with npx jscl@latest.

I will try to automate things a bit more. This is a placeholder for it.

For early irregular releases, it was forgivable.
But for a seriously major release that’s now under active development (props to @kchanqvq ), we need accuracy here.

May be: version number <=> changelog entry ?

Sure. I didn’t know that was broken.

And indeed the version will match the changelog bit once we release a proper version not a prerelease I guess.

It seems the version shows the hash in the website just because it was build from master and not a release branch. I think that's okay. But I opened a PR for further improvements #576
