Support for Pacstall

Personally don't use it. Used it on Rhino Linux a few months ago. Don't know how well it'll integrate like paru.

There is small problem with pacstall compared to paru (or the other AUR helpers).

• paru can install any AUR package but also any regular pacman package.
• pacstall can install only pacstall packages and not DEB packages.

Which means the user would have to switch explicitly between PM=apt and PM=pacstall when installing packages.

Alternatively (when PM=pacstall), we could combine pacstall calls with apt calls to have unified package list from both package managers. This is what Rhino Linux is seemingly doing with their rpk package manager.

How popular is pacstall in the Linux community? Is it worth supporting?

The only place I heard about packstall is from rhino Linux. I don't hear anyone else talking about it. And there's not even a fraction of packages compared to AUR.

So, probably not yet.

If packstall support is added in the future, a combined call approach would be better in my opinion.
