Creating backend menu's are taking forever and ends in error: Joomla start tour is hanging or giving trouble.

What happened?

1.I set my backend user id language from Dutch to English and try to login while the standard Joomla 6.1 Start tour would still be show.

Suddenly my super backend user can log in but after the entry of my google authenticator codes, creating teh menu/start tour is taking forever. So it is blocking my logging into the backend of teh website.

Sometimes i get after a long time the message taht the start tour was hanging or looping.
