Capability
What OS are you seeing the problem on?
Windows 11
Bug Description
When calculating capability for non-normal data the estimation of the parameters for e.g. Weibull distribution does not align with the Maximum likelihood estimates using the Distributions tool. Comparing with other applications (Minitab, R) the estimated parameters from Distributions are correct. How are the parameters estimated in Quality Control - Capability, and how to use the maximum likelihood approach?
Expected Behaviour
The estimated parameters should match those in the Distributions module based on ML.
Steps to Reproduce
happens all the time
