Owner Watchlist Issue #1004
|
I am currently on version 11.5 and it seems when I add something to my(OWNER) watchlist, its just places it in a pending status and won't process. I had my options set to 'Can Sync Watchlist' and 'Requires Approval'. I then removed the 'Requires Approval' setting but it still just sits in pending status and won't process. Again this is just my account which is the Plex owner. I have an account set up with my wife's email, add the same request and it processes just fine. Hopefully I am just missing something simple. If you need more information, please let me know. Thanks, |

Hello @talasomething You likely have the items sitting in the approvals? Just delete those stale approvals, if they no longer apply to your user and it should sync those items. If its brand new items that aren't routing, double check your settings, then provide some logs showing that it detected new items to add, and the content router decisions from the logs that follow immediately after. |

Here is the latest update I have. I have no approvals to go through at this time. Any user that has a watchlist I have 'Can Sync Watchlist' and 'Approval' so that way I can control users who has a large watchlist I don't want auto downloading. When I stop and start the Main Workflow, it tries to add my users watchlists which are set to pending based off my settings. I do a bulk reject so they won't download automatically. I noticed my user(OWNER) didn't add anything to the pending list so I have nothing to approve. I added something new and when I refreshed the web page I see the new movie in the Watchlist but still doesn't add it to the approval. Lastly, when I go to the log viewer I have nothing in there to give you. I checked all log levels to confirm if anything was in there. |

I am really enjoying your app and just want to help out where I can. Hopefully its just something simple on my end but whatever I can do to help, I am happy to. Thanks again. |

Do you have Plex Pass? Have the app at idle, then add something to your watchlist. Provide the logs after it detects that item through to idle again please. |
Yes absolutely, turn off the toggle to check for content existence in Plex and it wont check Plex and shared servers and will use the Arrs as the source of truth. If they remove an item from their watchlist it does not remove the approval request. You can configure content router rules to route content however you want, automatically handling all your root folders. You'll need to figure out the queries to split things as you'd like. I'm not sure there is a router rule for ended vs continuing, but perhaps it can be inferred from the existing rules.
