depends how you suggest to add it
@MyFacesResourceDependency will work not a good way

probably we should add these attributes to h:outputScript
and then the outputScript renderer will produce the html

then the ResourceHandler (?) or the class that scans the annotation
should pass the attributes coming from an annotation that extends the one
from the api ...
