[BUG] Tooltip (i) button does nothing on tap in Settings on Android mobile

Describe your environment

• OS name and version: Android ,chrome

Describe the problem

The info (i) tooltip button in Settings does not respond to tap on mobile.
It works fine on web via hover but on mobile there is no tap interaction,
so the tooltip is completely inaccessible for mobile users.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the site on Android
2. Go to More > Settings
3. Scroll to the Logs section
4. Tap the (i) icon next to "Retention period"

Observed Results:

• Nothing happens when tapping the (i) button on mobile.

Expected Results:

• Tapping the (i) button should show the tooltip, same as hovering on web.

@gorkapernas All tooltips (both the one on profile settings page and two IPv4/IPv6 tooltips on /setup page) are properly displayed on mobile devices after getting tapped. Fixes are deployed on staging.

Verified as fixed on staging, Android and iOS devices, tooltips are now displayed when tapping on them.
