LaTeX references in Labs

• Need to be replaced with hard references to PDF
• For future versions of PDF, this will require some way to update these (unlikely to change for sometime)

That sounds dramatic. We may want to explore jinja for the job. Imagine you have in the notebook file something like

{{ hello }}

This then coupled with a config file for notebooks, one for LateX, etc.

In the config file you declare what hello should be replaced with, e.g. 3.5.2 or \ref...
