[defaults] Unified view: include the "console" in winbar.sections

The default option for winbar.sections does not include console, causing an additional window to be opened, which contains exclusively the terminal.

This can be confusing to new users. By default, the terminal will show up, but not the window with the other views. This can lead some people to think that the plugin is not working.

The arguments against are
(1) it's a breaking change
(2) it's not really a popular option

I am all for defaults that work out of the box, which it doesnt atm, requires minor tweaking

At this stage, I feel like a broader discussion of what should be the default layout for v2 should be created instead.
