feat: restore last conversation on launch (optional setting)

What problem does it solve?

When AionUi launches, users always land on the welcome/GUID screen even if they were deep in an active conversation yesterday. Power users who keep long-running agent sessions open lose context and have to hunt the sidebar every cold start.

Proposed solution

Add a System setting: On launch → Open last conversation (default off, preserves current welcome behavior).

Behavior:

1. Persist lastConversationId when the active conversation changes (or on app quit).
2. On desktop ready / first route resolve: if setting is on and the conversation still exists, navigate to it; otherwise fall back to GUID.
3. If the conversation was deleted or fails to load, clear the stored id and open GUID (no error wall).
4. Optional later: "always GUID" / "last conversation" radio — start with a single toggle.

Scope

Desktop renderer routing + a small config key (system.openLastConversation or similar). No aioncore changes.
