Scrollspy only tracks immediate parent

In a scrollspy, the 'active' state only propagates to the nearest hs-scrollspy-group element and, I suspect, only if it has a child with a href attribute.

I observed this behavior in my project and found this piece of code in the sources:

if (current) {
    current.classList.add('active');
    const group = current.closest('[data-hs-scrollspy-group]');
    if (group) {
      const parentLink = group.querySelector('[href]');
      if (parentLink) parentLink.classList.add('active');
    }
}

This is inconvenient as the table of contents might contain more than one nesting level.

I suggest that the method be updated to invoke not the nearest but rather the furthest parent element with this attribute.
