F8 and F7 keys not working

When I press F8 to break to debug, it's not pausing the game. Same with F7 the Frame skipping setting is not changed. Other keys like F4, F2 to manage save are working fine.
I tried in fullscreen mode but no change. F8 and F7 keys are working fines in other apps.

What should happen

It should pause the game for F8 and change the frame skipping setting with F7.

Changing frameskipping with F7 was always a ridiculous use of a key, as frameskipping should simply not be used on machines as powerful as PCs, which are the ones that have keyboards. So it has long been removed.

F8 collided with other uses and is now only available by default if the debugger is open. Howeever, you can still get the old behavior back, go to Control Mapping and map "Pause (no menu)" to F8.

Okay I see, then maybe remove the texts that say "F7" and "F8" in the top bar.

F8 does not work for me even with the Disassembly window opened btw.
