Audio crackles/stutters when used with VoiceMeeter

When PPSSPP is being routed into VoiceMeeter, the audio becomes extremely stuttery and choppy.
Judging purely from the sound itself, my guess is this is a buffering related issue.

(NOTE: video was recorded on 1.20.3 stable, but I have tested on the latest commit).

I've never heard of VoiceMeeter. What's the use case?

We do query the best buffersize using WASAPI and use it, I would actually argue that this is more likely to be a bug in VoiceMeeter's WASAPI implementation.
