gran turismo 'ending movie' stuck

What area of the game / PPSSPP

after finishing driving challenges level h or i
'ending movie' is played and then stuck (like pause) in middle video, the video never finish
but able to press x to continue the game

even playing the 'ending movie' again from main menu 'gran turismo theater', the 'ending movie' still stuck in the same spot

is there limitation for how long video format being able to played?

What should happen

the 'ending movie' should just played till the end like normal

Strange, I just tested with the euro version, using a 100% savegame, and the ending movie played without issue. However once it played without audio, which is weird...

it always stuck and stuck at the same exact spot to me
us version ucus 98632 (downloaded from nopaystation)
