Dk-core version 3.6.0 includes the following changes from 3.5.0:

  • Regional subdivision coding was aligned to ISO 3166-2 (urn:iso:std:iso:3166:-2) across DkCoreOrganization, DkCorePatient, examples, and the dk-core-RegionalSubDivisionCodes value set.
  • DkCoreOrganization mandatory-identifier invariant now also accepts CVR (http://cvr.dk), and a CVR-based organization example was added.
  • Added a comprehensive MedCom test patient package (TestPatienter.fsh) with family/group examples and related-person links (84 resources total).
  • Updated related-person terminology by adding GRPRN (grandparent) to the value set and correcting affected examples.
  • Fixed X-eCPR and D-eCPR invariant expressions in DkCoreeCprIdentifier to ensure regex validation evaluates correctly.
  • Refined terminology handling by separating CodeSystems and CodeSystem Supplements in the terminology page and making supplement naming explicit.
  • Cleaned up SNOMED/NPU usage in examples: removed hardcoded displays, corrected coding references, and removed invalid NPU blood-pressure component codes.
  • Corrected SNOMED CT display names to use official Danish designations from the Danish SNOMED edition (e.g. "Measurement" → "måling", "almen medicin" → "almen lægepraksis").
  • Removed version pinning from the Danish SNOMED CT system-version parameter to improve terminology server routing.
  • Removed the local DkCoreDocumentReferenceVersionID extension definition in favor of existing backport extension support.
  • Updated Danish SNOMED references to use the Danish SNOMED CT edition module without explicit version pinning.
  • Updated the Minimal DocumentReference guidance link to IHE MHD 4.2.3.
