TOP18: Quiet_Mode_Level reports numerical values for quiet modes >0 but a string "off" for quiet mode = off

TOP18 should be reported according to MQTT-Topics.md:

Quiet mode level (0=off, 1=less power, 2=even less power, 3=least power)

However, in HA instead of a numerical values of "0" for quiet mode = "off" the string "off" is reportet which creates some issues to easily display the timely switching between different modes in Grafana.

I would like to propose to also report a numerical value of "0" for quiet mode = off.

Hi Ygor, it´s obvious on the HCAS Heishamon implementation 2.5.12, it´s fine on the Heisha Monitor of Heishamon v4.1.1, pls. see the attached screenshots. Using just numerical values simplifies the graphical timeline display of the quiet mode level usage in e.g. Grafana etc. (together with other Heatpump values) dramatically, therefore I suggest to just transmit only the values, being 0 (=quiet mode off) or 1, 2, 3 with 3 = corresponding to the ultimate whisper mode of the Aquarea. Anyway, thanks for providing the HCAS integration! The Aquarea is really an excellent machine, however, with a very poor (!) user GUI and evenly poor Aquarea cloud service installer interface. Thx. to the Heishamon interface all of this shortcomings can be fully compensated and a very promising long life operation of the Aquarea might be achieved, we should know in >= 20 years, hopefully!
