HTTPS support

An SSL certificate for a Handshake domain could be generated. E.g. see https://dolo.neuenet.com and try https://examplename. However, GitHub doesn't support custom SSL certificates. Upvote this discussion and leave a comment, so we can persuade GitHub to generate SSL certificates for Handshake domains.

Note: in order to resolve Handshake domains using HTTPS you need to use DANE (DNS Based Authentication of Named Entities). To learn more you can click the following links:
