bioconda package for the converter

@mwang87 Can we work together to release a bioconda package only for the converter, not the nextflow part. A lot of workflows would be interested to use the converter tool. I was thinking to do a fork and produce it myself, but is better if in every release the bioconda package is trigger from this repo.

Hey @ypriverol definitely. We're still refining a few things on the testing side but its good to get a conda package working for people. Additionally, likley good to at the same time provide docker container as well.

If you manage to put the bioconda, the docker and singularity containers will be generated automatically. Please let me know if you need some help we are really interested to use the tool

Hi @ypriverol thanks for the suggestion. I have been looking into adding a Bioconda recipe (a work in progress can be found at 07b3dba). If this is still something that you would be interested in let me know and I'd be happy to work together to make it happen.
