Add Nuxt starter to the docs

@benjie I have to update thet starter with the knowledge I have gotten developing a large system using the starter as a base. It looks some what different.

Do so at your own pace; I only filed this because the tab had been open in my browser as a "TODO" for too long and I needed to tidy up 😅
