Minimap handles not working on Firefox

Describe the bug
Important: Through the universal component
On Firefox, the minimap handle to resize the view don't work when trying to drag them.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create an XY chart
   2.Try to zoom in using the minimap

Expected behavior
The handle is dragged
