[Bug] Microsoft OIDC: full name not filled

Bug Description

When creating a new user via Microsoft OIDC, the full name field is not populated.

Also, the user ID is very long - e.g. microsoft_AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAG-7f_eM4nAJ7fMMQrx-iD4
