This change introduces the bases for event compaction to the ADK. It includes: - Adding an EventCompaction field to EventActions. - Defining BaseEventSummarizer and EventCompactor interfaces. - Implementing LlmEventSummarizer for LLM-based summarization. - Implementing SlidingWindowEventCompactor to manage compaction based on a sliding window configuration. - Adding tests for the new compaction logic.
