.meg file name with time series

Since the script handles time series now, we should modify the name of the .meg file to be importable in GoFigure2.

We can just change the line 284:

mv $2.meg $2/Series_$s/Series_$s.meg

should work.

That should be fine. However, there is a bug with one of the sed functions around line 193 which was disrupted from the Series change. Still working on it.
