Add Sentry SCIM documentation

Authentik's Sentry documentation explains how to connect the two via SAML2, but not via SCIM as well.

Solution

If possible, please add official documentation on how to properly manage SCIM for an authentik-Sentry installation, as SCIM would make a ton of stuff much easier.
Please also include how to whitelist/blacklist authentik teams/users from being provisioned into sentry with this if possible.

Any updates on this? We're struggling with issues syncing groups, and I'd like to make sure we're following your recommendations before filing a bug report.

@BeryJu If you could provide samples from your Self-hosted instance, I could maybe experiment with it and after comparing it to the spec write the docs and open a PR.
