A button under the object name should list the existing translations:

When clicked, it enters “translation” mode:

Note that the “Translation mode enabled” alert should be above the title and not below it, unlike in the mock-up above (because the title is also translatable).

A “Save” button must also be added to the alert.

A “Trash” button in the alert will allow you to delete a translation (with a confirmation modal).

Delete the “Translations” tab once this is done.
