Provide widget support to launch a specific globleaks site from launcher

Depends on multiple gloableaks sites support.
Use case:

• user add a GLDroid widget on launcher
• user is prompted to select a globaleaks site from the list of configured sites
• user click on widget and GLDroid submission activity is opened with corresponding GL site preselected
