Release after Vectorscan 5.4.12 release

Hello!

Whenever you have the time, could you please create a new official release based of the Vectorscan 5.4.12 release ? Thanks to this the patch in hyperscan-java-native could be removed because the new Vectorscan release contains the x86 correctness bug fix.

I'll take it up again over the next week. Building with the latest binaries from hyperscan-java-native and using them here triggers the regression tests for #228 - I haven't had a chance to investigate yet.
