They switched from hyperscan to vectorscan (which is a fork of hyperscan, https://github.com/VectorCamp/vectorscan) in 5.4.11-3.0.0 and they removed windows support from there. I have filed this ticket to support windows: VectorCamp/vectorscan#207. Until this is resolved the only option is to use an older version of the wrapper.

Support is underway, I'm still working on integrating windows builds of vectorscan into GitHub Actions CI, since it's not yet supported upstream.

While it's easy for x86, it's quite complicated for the ARM builds.
