feature: Support Unicode Braille Patterns

I'm surprised these aren't already supported, they're such a common (albeit old-school) terminal rendering tool. Unicode range: U+2800..U+28FF. I'm not sure there's much work to do to include them, just adjusting sizing I'd think. But I'm no font designer!

I just did a quick scan of the fonts in my library to see which have built-in support and how they compare. Of the programmer-y fonts, only Iosveka, Maple Mono, and Zed Mono (and all their respective variants) include the braille patterns. Of them, Zed Mono looks the best, but none look amazing. Though all look better than fonts without built-in support. Of the non-fixed width fonts I have, only DejaVu Serif includes them. (And I have a lot of fonts!) I don't know how to search for support more generally.

Anyway, DejaVu Serif actually looks the best in one way, since the vertical spacing of the braille characters minimizes (but doesn't totally eliminate) the gap between them, making for a more continuous pattern. I'm looking at this in the terminal, btw. But because it's not fixed width, the horizontal gaps are bigger than the fixed width fonts. So overall worse, because of the unevenness.

Seems like this could be something fairly simple you could do that would easily be better than every other programmer font option.
