[ BUG ] desktop-notifications link in reference page is broken

Expected Behavior

When clicking on the desktop-notifications links on the right panel of the config reference page, the desktop-notifications section is shown.

Actual Behavior

Nothing happens.

If I scroll to the gtk-custom-css section, the desktop-notifications appears to be missing.

I am seeing the same thing, and in my case it is caused by uBlock Origin.

In the inspector, the element is present and rendered, but uBO injects a cosmetic rule via an inline stylesheet (data:text/css) that hides it globally:

#desktop-notifications {
  display: none !important;
}

This rule is not coming from the site. It is injected by uBlock as a cosmetic filter and applies on all sites, which explains why the text/link exists but is invisible.

If you disable uBlock (or cosmetic filtering) and reload, the title should become visible again.

Don't know if this is more a uBO bug or a still something that needs to be changed on the site, so I'm leaving this open.
