last versions had issues with install on old win10 x64 like (1709 16299.15 - 125 and other maybe too)

tried 2.7 - 2.6 - 2.5 - 2.0 versions;
2.7 install x86 work fine - but allow to use only in x86 process/apps;

2.7 -2.6 install x64 not able reg dll and show errors;

(2.0 2.5 install x64 able to install dll but not work maybe is ok too for old maybe depends on depemded dlls);

when compare found in main dir with dll depended system and vc dlls;
and they diff. per build - so in my case it cause issues with install; main dll was ok;

So my solution was take main dll NaturalVoiceSAPIAdapter.dll from x64 ver 2.7;
and replace old in x64 ver 2.5;

start installer 2.5 and install x64;

(maybe next will try move deps dlls from 2.5 to 2.7 and install from 2.7 it must be more correct solution)

hope this will help old windows users and for users with x64 versions; also replace deps dlls with one from your current in system should help too maybe;

in global point of view maybe remove vclibs from output dir and ask user to install latest vcredist_x64 or minimal version to work correctly;

with your unzip method -
ms guy2 from narrator win11 work perfect on my old 1709 16299.125; think will work and on 1511 and 10240 too;
and now my old narrator, ice book reader, and demagog speaks with ua polina;

(use only edge and onenote uwp not comfortable at all - moreover old onenote uwp forms miss end parts of long santences - maybe old or all one note had bug when long text or when network issues it simple miss to read; with sapi5 all work stable with my short and long tests) ;
