Helixer error on galaxy eu

I'm trying to run HELIXER on Galaxy EU, but it keeps crashing with the error: /data/jwd07/main/097/436/97436464/tool_script.sh: line 10: /usr/local/bin/fetch_helixer_models.py: No such file or directory. I've reported the bug, but wondered whether users are experiencing similar problems, and therefore might know how to fix it.

Hello, The error must be related to the docker image used to launch the tool. I tested it on .eu and got the same error. The wrapper has been updated to use version 0.3.6 of Helixer but I see that it is not yet available.

Don't worry. You have reported the problem, and the admin at usegalaxy.eu will be able to correct the error. The new version of Helixer should be added in the next few days. Apologies for the inconvenience. If you have any other questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

@rlibouba - I'm still encountering the same problem. The new version of Helixer (0.3.6) is now available, but if i run this it still crashes giving exactly the same error.

Hi @DrunKenNorris, I had the same error. I tested version 0.3.6 in usegalaxy.fr and didn't have any problems. The problem may not be with the wrapper, but perhaps with the installation on the EU side. Could you please send them a Galaxy report to notify them?

@rlibouba - there's something weird to do with HELIXER on galaxy.eu. I ran an old version (0.3.1) and it also crashes with the same error. Something fundamental is broken. I also uploaded my soft-masked sequence fasta to galaxy.fr, and HELIXER (0.3.6) is running happily as we speak.
