Unexpected results for javierav/emogem

The last version of email_spec is 1.21 (see http://rubygems.org/gems/email_spec/versions) but gemnasium say that the last version is 1.3.0 (the author of the gem yanked the 1.3.0 version). It's a bug ;)

Thanks for reporting this. It's a full duplicate of #18, and we're working on it already.
