CLI utils to watch Beads, Claude, and Dolt

I still use Beads and Claude in a much more hands-on way than the Gas Town approach.

I've written a few CLI utilities to help my workflow:

• View the full contents of a bead, formatted nicely
• Show log of recent bead changes, to monitor the agents' efforts
• Confirm that dolt is sync'ing
• Find a claude session by content
• Extract the conversation from a Claude session
  etc.

I'll add more as I need, and welcome PRs if other folks are following similar workflows.
Some of these ideas may be worthy of promoting up into Beads itself, especially bd-view as a new mode of bd show.
