Send the DE workflow parameters to Galaxy (populate the workflow landing request)

We need to "launch" to galaxy the new DE workflow. There's a placeholder commented out as a starting point in the useLaunchGalaxy hook.

The configured input now has sampleSheet, sampleSheetClassification and designFormula. Primary contrast will be done shortly, but the mapping can probably start now.

The configuredValue, see getConfiguredValue will need to support DE workflow steps...

i think this is mostly working, but for the contrasts step? i think there only 1 of 3 routes is wired together?
