Importing to a headered ROM corrupts it #2

Clicking "no" on the "remove header" prompt seemingly allows you to use the program as normal with a headered ROM, but importing levels to a headered ROM corrupts the level data. (incorrect object and sprite counts, incorrect total sizes, incorrect/invalid pointers)

Importing entrance data to a headered ROM also corrupts the ROM.
