Spook Sensors Inaccurate

Spook says that I have 195 devices while the built in devices page says otherwise.

Same for entities

I've restarted multiple times and reloaded the integration.
Is there something I'm missing?

The persons statistic (for example) is accurate and updated within seconds of me removing a person.
