[Epic] M6: DevRel and case studies

In this milestone, we deliver additional case-studies for Solarkraft.

To deliver value, this requires a feedback loop between writing monitors for real-life contracts / properties, and the Solarkraft monitor format.

In order to iterate swiftly, we adopt the following approach: write monitors in TypeScript, and evaluate them on previous audit reports. We further outline this in the following issues:
