Startup script using wrong ffmpeg

Emby now comes bundled with a custom ffmpeg build and should not be using the normal ffmpeg package.

The correct paths for ffmpeg and ffprobe on my system are:

• /usr/local/lib/emby-server/bin/ffmpeg
• /usr/local/lib/emby-server/bin/ffprobe
