Consider dropping vendored PodmanCommand #1227
Description
In PR #1225, we are vendoring PodmanCommand, which was introduced first to the containers/podman-py repo in containers/podman-py#558.
Once this code finds its way to a package, we should drop it from our codebase and replaced it with the official bindings.
