Describe the bug

When i try to deploy sth on base i sometimes get:

⠐ Sequence #1 on base | retrying transaction Err(Transaction rejected: The provided tip (maxPriorityFeePerGas = 0.000xf424 gwei) cannot be higher than the fee cap (maxFeePerGas = 0.0x41ea982 gwei).

Tried multiple rpcs, and currently it's reproducible. Had the same behavior a week ago, but couple days ago it worked.
