Tool for calculating/showing achievable deadline #98
Description
Sometimes one needs to bump deadlines above what is actually desired, due to bugs or bad performance.
Since reducing deadline will cause more aggressive scaling, and thus more money spent - would be nice to see these numbers in combinations with #46, and maybe #85. Should possibly be shown by same tool as #43 ?
