why links does not have .html extension

The links in the generated table of contents html does not .html extension.

Some servers support default extension (.html in this case). We use blacksmith with http-server and this is how we configure it: https://github.com/opsmezzo/handbook/blob/master/bin/server

I wouldn't mind making this configurable tho.

@mmalecki I understood. But we host the public folder in Google App Engine which does not support that option(As far as I know).

Okay then. I'd accept a pull request to make this configurable in .blacksmith file or as a command line switch (both, preferably).

@mmalecki I try added following code, but i dont know how to access the .blacksmith configuration in which i added extra field "ext": ".html". In below code, i assume that configuration is options object
