[Icon Request]: PackShip - npm package builder

I'm requesting an icon for the .packshiprc, packship.config.js, packship.config.mjs, packship.config.ts, packship.config.mts configuration files used by PackShip, an open-source npm package builder (packship.dev).

I already have the PackShip logo available in multiple formats:

• SVG (32px)
• PNG (16px, 32px, 64px, 128px)

I can provide these assets immediately to help with implementation. The logo can be adapted to match the Material theme style guidelines if needed.

PackShip is gaining adoption as a package builder tool, and having a dedicated icon for its configuration file would improve the developer experience for users. This follows the pattern of other package management tools like npm (.npmrc), yarn (.yarnrc), etc. that already have custom icons in the theme.
