[Feature Request] Midi suport

Hi, it would be interesting to add MIDI support like games from that era did, especially console games that were ported to PC, which often ended up with better MIDI synthesizers, and this would be quite immersive for the game, especially considering the context of that time.

Is Perfect Dark's music even General MIDI-compatible? I would imagine that they use sample-based playback yes, but I wouldn't know if they'd be easily convertible to work with standard General MIDI devices.
Otherwise, you'd have to retool all the music, which seems like a lot of effort for a very niche feature.

It probably is partially compatible, from a cursory glance at the sequencer. But that's if you wanted to play MIDIs using the same soundfont and the same sequencer. What could be done is attaching an external audio library that can play other audio/music formats, including MIDI, and then use that for modding.
